I got the following post on my forum:

or

I dunno if this problem is specific to me, but on every page I load (any thread) on the FoxyMorons.net Forum, the main logo reloads from scratch. This makes navigations a little sluggish.

Is there any reason why the main logo isn't being cached?

Or am I just being a nong and doing summink wrong?

Can someone tell me how I can fix this so it works well for all users?

Thanks in advance!

it seems that the page is forcing "No-Cache", if that happens the page itself wont cache...

So does anyone have any ideas as to why "No-Cache" is being forced?

I really have no idea what caching is, so any help would be fantastic!

caching is done by the browser, it saves visited pages (so that it saves a request to the server). some dynamic pages will not want such old copies to be shown, therefore the force the browser to NOT cache the page...

so is there a code, so that people can cache my pages?

thanks
