Image a Disk and Create a Bootable cd to reload (like Ghost)

I have a bunch of ultra 10's that are in the field. What I want to do is create a cd that will enable me to reload the exact image. What I am finding myself doing is haveing to reload alot of software ( a 4.5 hr process) and would like to deligate this to someone that only needs to load a cd a press a botton.

Any thoughts ?

Each unit is in a customer's office. I need a cd based solution. Or a image I can store on my laptop that I can push to the Sun.

Check out this site. I am in the process of modifying his perl script to make it more generic (i don't use DiskSuite too much). It's based on the flar component of the Jumpstart technology and walks you thru creating a bootable cd.
