IMA does not start 1

I have a big problem in a Metaframe XP1.0 fr2:

in the machine with the DataStore , ima service returns these error at boot or restart:

Failed to load plugin Imarelss.dll with error IMA_RESULT_SQL_GET_COLUMN_DATA_FAILED

Event ID: 3601
Failed to load initial plugins with error IMA_RESULT_SQL_GET_COLUMN_DATA_FAILED

Event ID: 7204
The Independent Management Architecture service terminated with service-specific error 2147876920.


Similar things I have found on citrix support, but speaks about SQL server data-store, while I have MSAccess one.

Some suggestions ?

Bad news.... I got this about a month ago. Something it appears has corrupted the database. I could not get my IMA service to restart after trying everythng I could read about. I had to rebuild the box. NOT FUN either... There were about 65 apps loaded on the server. Of course we had backups.... But we didn't have the disaster recovery option installed then (we do now) so it restored the data, but the apps had to ALL be installed.

I will be eagerly watching your post to see if a better solution turns up for you.

Did you have a backup of the datastore databse? I had this happen in MetaFrame XPA. I renamed the current database adn restored a previous version of the database from backup. I then tried starting the service and it started. Been running fine ever since.
