Im trying to fix our pms. We got a new server terminal before I worked here and it worked fine. It was using a 25 pin serial connection but the new tower didn't have one so I guess they just decided not to connect it. I have a Ethernet to 9 pin jack converter but no luck. I'm guessing it has to do with the pin placements again and possibly some settings in the comp. any suggestions plz?!

Btw the hotel is using and opera pms system, do I need to reconfigure that?

And how do you set up Aloha to tell it what port to be using?
