I'm recieving the following error backing up Exchange 5.5 on ArcServe 661 SP2a for NT Advanced.
E8602 Failed to read from database. (DBNAME=Information Store, EC=Backup Agent Error -- (305) "Exchange Server Error. HrBackupOpenFile failed. Check Backup Agent Activity Log".)
This was working OK prior to applying SPs to NT (5 to 6a), Exchange (3 to 4) and Arcserve 661 (2 to 2a).
I am able to back up brick level but not full IS/DS databases. I don't think the drive is anywhere near full (suggested from another Tek-tip).
Any ideas? Have been in touch by email with CA support, but all their ideas (about having the right accounts in place with permissions I have checked, changed, tested and still no joy)!
