I'm providing isdn service from my switch to this V/IP Cisco Call Manager phone system. The type of phones are the 7960 series. All I can say now is that they work but I havent really used it. Does anyone have any inforamtion or experince with this that they might share with me?

Basicaly user and and administraive usabilaty stuff. Like what are the pros and cons compared to just using the original definity pbx phones? Any problems? What do you like about it? How flexable is it when it comes to administrating? ect. any info will help
