We have the weirdest thing happen. Before I was employed at this company they didn't have a receptionist... So to combat that they set it up so that 3 phones rang and they shared the load of answering the phones. Now! we have a full time receptionist but the phones still ring over at the other 3 people and they want that to stop. Also, when the receptionist misses the call the called is sent the VoiceMail box of one of the 3 people who want nothing to do with answering the incoming line. I have no idea where to begin to find out how to stop it. I have access to CallPilot and Business Element Manager. I hope this is the right forum I just got told to leave the last one I posted in...Sorry
