Im new with Interbase and i have a problem

im trying to save data with Ibdataset, i have 2 Ibdataset in a Delphi Form, i linked to a Ibdatabase, when the post comes, sent me a error "IBSQL Close" and i dont even use IBSQL in my form, this error just comes with a IBdataset, the other one dont send errors

Hi markoz -

Is that the whole error message ? Sounds a bit short to me. From what you are describing, it sounds like "IBSQL close" is basically an SQL error message (does not refer to a component.)

I suggest that you check that all the components are active and opened and that you have placed the IBDataset component in Edit mode before attempting to change data. But maybe you will need to give us a description of what you are doing when it generates the error and the full error message also.

the problem was in the SQL instructions,

somebody knows how to manage BLOBs with IBDataSet, and how to make Master/detail with IBdataset, and how to delete all the content of a Table with IBDataSet,
