I'm new to highjack this-could use some help 2

I have started just using ad-aware, Spybot, & cwshred - They are pretty good programs and not hard to fix some problems. I'm nervous when it comes to deleting anything from 'highjack this'. Here is my log, if anyone can give me some pointers, please do.

Launch the application, and click the "I know what I'm doing" checkbox.
This is the dll in question, inetadpt.dll move it to the right hand pane and hit "finish"

Run an anitvirus checker again from different sites, you will be surprised that some are not detected. Try
