im having problems with some xtra thingy PLZ HELP

i have finished a game but when i went to play it before it even loads it comes up with this message "This application requires an Xtra (animated gif...) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriuate Xtras are in the Xtras folder" as im newbie to director i dunno what to do any help?

you need to either include the xtra in the projector or make a folder called xtras that is in the same folder as your projector and copy the xtra into this folder.

At least I think thats it, I don't use xtras much.

I have the same Problem. I tried to copy the Xtra into the Folder where my project is located, but it did not help. What's wrong?
