I'm having 2 issues with a avaya B1

I'm having 2 issues with a avaya B149 conference phone. The voulume seems to be very low even when maximizing the volume control as wellas i'm getting a clicking sound coming through the speaker when I have a line engaged. I have tried a straight
analog phone which stops the clicking however the volume level
is still low. Any ideas

What type of analog module are you connecting this to? If its a IP500 phone 8 card I would re seat it. Also try another port if one is available.

I'm using the analog port on the v2 combo card. I can try the other port after I reinstall the card.
