Information Store (3964) Database recovery/restore failed with unexpected error -1808.

does anyone know the recovery process. is there a log file that needs to be deleted for the is store to recover ???

any help please

Where are your transaction log files stored at? If they are on another drive, then try to delete the files that are located in the C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA folder. Then try mounting the store.

great that worked. but now i'm missing info obviously held in the log files how can i get these to synchronise together
