Illustrator CS5 quits immediately after opening

I have Windows 7, and I have just installed the CS5 adobe package, but every time I am trying to open Illustrator it quits immediately. I have tried to download the update, but it didn`t help .

I had the very same issue with Illustrator after installing Adobe Creative Suite CS5. I ended up having to uninstall just Illustrator and reinstall the 1 program, not the whole package.. Works fine now
