I am creating an e-newsletter (by the way…I am a beginner here, so bear with me!) in Illustrator 10 (Win), well, I have some images that I have placed…one is a photo; well I want that photo to link to the bio of that person on our website. So, I did the whole attributes thing, tested through the browser button, everything was fine. I have a few other links that go to e.mail, home page on website…did the very same thing; worked just fine. Well, when I do the SfW/HTML and Images and I open the HTML version, the links are moved around. Not the images, but the links. You know where you hover your mouse over a link and the hand cursor appears. It does that, but in totally random places. Am I not saving properly?
So, I tried to create slices (in a new document) and when I SfW it divides the entire page up into little pieces, it will also occasionally not show any of the graphics --when sent as an attachment-- (right click, show picture kind of thing).
And...on top of that...I want to imbed this newsletter in the body of an e.mail!!!
ANY POINTERS?!?! I am going to pull my hair out!!
THANKS!! -Kristin
