Hi,

I've looked on Technet for a solution, but have had no luck.

I have a user who has tried to print an email message to a networked HP4000TN printer and get's the following illegal operation:

OUTLOOK caused a general protection fault
in module HPBXLB.DRV at 0002:0000125e

Can anyone help with some advice?

Thanks, rfarrant

Does it happen every time or did it just happen once? In my experience, these things happen randomly and once you shut the application down and perhaps reboot the computer, it is fine. Dawn

it's recurring more often, and yes I am shutting the application down and rebooting the PC.

I have a new error on the same PC:

SPOOL32 caused an invalid page fault in
module SPOOLSS.DLL at 0177:7faf7a8d.

That's after I installed a new PS driver for the printer on that PC

Thanks, rfarrant
