IISAdmin service keeps restarting

The IIS Admin service on our mail server keeps restarting. I'm getting error 7031 "The IIS Admin service terminated unexpectedly". It then stops all exchange services. I have tried microsoft solution here

which previously stopped problem, however it is now unsuccessfull. We have all latest patches, running win 2000 and exchange 2000. Have virus scanned but found nothing.

Seem to have a solution now, turned off Sophos PureMessage on our mail server which has solved problem. Think a bad message may have been stuck in PureMessage which was causing the problems
