IIS5.0's Default Website is not starting

Hi,
Can sombody tell me why I get an error message from Internet Services Manager"Address in Use" whenever I try to start my Default Website service.Are IP addresses and Ports in anyway related to this?

If another machine is running IIS or FTP and is listening on "ALL Unassigned"you will get this error.
