IIS4.0:creating a home directory for acct holders

Hi,
I have been trying to assign a home directory each to multiple users but failed. Users logged in and then need to CD to their respective directory. How can I set the default home directory for each users? Pls help. Thanks. Yaz.

What application are they "CD"-ing? DOS prompt? FTP?

Done. Just create virtual directory same as acct.
