I have a web application on Win2000 and IIS 5.0
3 times a day my IIS stops responding. I don't get a timeout error, nothing. If I restart the IIS everything is OK until the next time when it's freezing.
I am having the same problem however, I am running Windows NT 4.0 server. IIS stops responding and it doesn't throw any events or any hint as to why it has stopped. If you find out any information would you please let me know what you have found out.

If you are using scripting it is more than likely caused by your code not setting variables = Nothing at the end of the pages. The scripting engine will eventually stop responding and a re-start neccesary.
stopped. When I trying tu run that (in IIS Admin), a dialog box appears with text "Adress is in use". In this dialog box is also one button "OK" and that's all.
