IIS is not running my .asp files - Help? 1

I'm in the process of teaching myself ASP. I believe I have IIS installed properly since all of the interfaces seem to have effects on the settings.

When I try to run an .asp file it brings un MS InterDev.

Would appreciate any help

They run from my ISS server but not if I use the browser open the file via the menu. Is that normal operation?

That is normal if you have ASP files registered with Interdev. If you want to see your ASP app running as a web app then you must use your Address bar in your web browser. Just like you would do for viewing any other website. Roger Villeneuve
