I installed Windows 2000 over Window 98 and my PWS does not work anymore. I installed IIS from the Win 2000 CD but it will not start. When I try and restart it I just get a message saying it did not start. Any configuration tips? If I'm just using it locally do I need to assign an IP address? If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciated it.
