Hi

I have created a form in Frontpage 2000 that when submitted will send itself as an e-mail to a fixed recipient.

The FrontPage Server Extension on my IIS server uses a test account test.mouse@mycompany.com to email these forms.

Does anybody know how I can replace this e-mail address with a field taken from the form ?

Cheers

Andrew

You might have to code the Email using CDO instead of using FP Server Extensions. I believe the FP Server Extensions From field value is locked to whatever the FP Server Extensions are configured as.

Hi, rgautier is right. The recipient email is hard coded in the form. You'll have to create a custom script then configure your frontpage form to send the form to your script.

sorry

Hi Both

Thank you for the help.

My script writing is as good as my Russian so I guess I'll just have the leave things as they are ;-)

Cheers
