IIS Admin service stops

Hi!
On our win 2000 web server the IIS admin service stops unexpectedly (draggin ftp and with it). I have no idea why this stops all the time (a couple times a day). Do you have any idea about this?

Hi, I guess ur infected with Code Red Worm II first of all stop ur Indexing Service.

Would this be the same case for IIS4.0... seems all IIS services are stopping , sometimes will restart...sometimes won't until a full recycle..
