IIS Admin by script

how do I through a script add a website to iis with

http://www.domainname.com

and domainname.com headers with frontpage extensions?

I am trying to use dynuexec to run a vbs script and getting the following error...anyone know what this means?

Long shot, but does the IIS user have permission through NT to run this script?

How do I check this?

Right click on the file you want iis to have permission to run, select properties, then the security tab.

You should be able to add a user named "IUSR_(SERVER NAME)".
