IIS 6, Windows 2003 and PHP

Can PHP, latest version, run on IIS 6 (Windows 2003)?
I've been trying to install it and I don't know if there's some sort of compatibility issue, but I can't get these two to run nicely.
Is anyone out there running PHP on IIS 6? I'd really appreciate some help on getting these two to work.

I have installed PHP on Windows Server 2003 successfully. I followed the tutorial found at

and everything went very smoothly. I hope this helps.
