IIS 5.0 Crashes on startup

My Windows2000 machine was recently hacked on port 80 and now IIS won't start at all. I get the following errors in the events log:

Should I try to resintall W2k or is there a better way ? Thanks

 
Why not just Add/Remove IIS separately? At least you won't have to reinstall from scratch.
 
Yea I tried that (twice) but IIS still won't respond or startup. Thanks
