IIS 4 error msg : The Data Is Invalid

Hi,

When I try to open it INTERNET SERVICE MANAGER of IIS 4 and I try to connect a server I receive the error message "THE DATA IS INVALID " and he don't connect anything. Does anybody know the one what that it is and as to solve?
