iHEAT Troubleshooting.

Hi.

I have a problem with an installation of iHEAT from frontrange. I know this forum is specific for Goldmine but i didn't find any forum on Frontrange:HEAT.

Please reply if you something about HEAT.

Hi, thank you for your interest in helping me.

Here's my problem:
When i launch heat applications (CallLog32.exe for example) from a web browser through i-heat they will start but after entering my username and password they will simply exit and not run.

1) I Have no log errors.
2) User account used to enter the system has all the administrative rights.
3) The paths for all the apps are correct.
4) The machine with iHeat has a system dsn with the correct configuration to acess the HEAT database over the network.

Check to see if you get the log in screen on the web page. If not, check to see if you have proper rights on the IIS server. Make sure your pathing is set up correctly for your default webpage.
