Dear members
How shall I replace an HTML page ( which is inside an iframe) with another one when users click Refresh...


I'd also like the answer to this, if one exists!

Without using cookies, I doubt you'll manage this. You'd need to store the current URL (of the iframe) in a cookie, and on refresh, check that URL, and issue a different one.
