iFolder Home Directory 1

Hi Guys,

I have netware6 Server with iFolder.

I'm trying to change the home directory of the iFolder in Sys:\Apache\iFolder\Server\httpd_additions_nw.conf After I change it, and I'm trying to login iFolder, the home directory path I installed is not working, it shows me the default path. Does anybody experience this already?

I my experience with iFolder you can only do this during the install of iFolder.

Uninstall iFolder and reinstall it, this time pointing it to the volume\directory you wish the home folder to be.

I've successfully moved the iFolder data area to another volume by modifying Sys:\Apache\iFolder\Server\httpd_additions_nw.conf

According to this in Cool Solutions
Sys:\Apache\iFolder\Server\httpd_additions_nw.conf

Did you stop iFolder, make the change, and then restart it?

Whoops. I didn't proof-read my post.
The Cool Solutions just mentioned that you can move your iFolder data directory by editing Sys:\Apache\iFolder\Server\httpd_additions_nw.conf

But Provo is right....
that sucker should never be installed to the sys volume in the first place.

Psychoid : Yes I restart the iFodler.
Provo : Yeah.. we learn something new everyday

I will try to configure it again. and Yes, its not a good idea to put your ifolders home path to sys, it should be somewr in sucured area in your servers.
