Trying!

Login to the terminal
LD 20
Req: Prt
Type: DNB
DN: (enter the extension of the phone you want to change)
<cr> past other prompts until you get a display of the DN with TN

Note the type of set listed under the TN if a digital set and The TN (012 0 00 02).

Req: PRT
Type: TNB
TN: (enter the TN that displayed above with spaces between numbers)
<cr> until prints

Take notice of the following:
Type: xxxx - this will have the type of phone
FDN: xxxx - Forward no answer, this should be where the acd number is
CLS: FNA - this will on the first line and may be FND for forward no answer alowed or denied

If type is 500
FTR FDN xxxx

If FDN is not the acd and or cls is not FNA do the following

REQ: CHG
Type: xxxx - enter the phone type printed above
echg: yes
Item: FDN xxxx - xxxx= your acd number (use "ftr fdn xxxx" if type is 500)
