If I have OPSmanager can I still use SDS as well, or will this cause issues. Running 9.0 on the 3300. Also if yes, is there a document that states this ?
 
Yes you can still use SDS and opsman
It is only a problem if you upgrade to rel 4.0 and above and you select common data sharing.

if you are using rel 9.0 SDS is fine as it does not share the teldir & remote directory so you can still share all the forms you like.

Yes there is quite a lot of info available on Mitel online regarding SDS with common data sharing

OPSMan will no longer be usable for Moves, Adds, and Changes of user data.

OPS can still do scheduled maintenance such as backups, time setting and service switching but can no longer be used for modifying the database.
