If a mailbox is full is there a way to transfer or have the calls go

Over this past weekend we had our voice mailbox fillup and calls were being turned away, is it possible to have calls overflow into another mailbox.

I am not sure but, I think once that call is in a mailbox it can not be directed else where.

One thing you could do is go in and make the mailbox larger so you can store more messages in it.

What voicemail system do you have. You might be able to change the class of service to make it box bigger

When you go to extensions in the Administrator's mailbox, one of the options is the mailbox size and message length. Simply make the mailbox size bigger. Follow the prompts; it will be readily apparent.
