Hi,

We have some web forms people fill in and can also print once filled in so they have a copy for their records, it's worked well for many years.

However I'm getting reports from people who have upgraded to IE9 that after filling in the form and printing it, all the form fields are showing their default settings when the form loaded and not what the user has seleted.

Any ideas?

Cheers, 1DMF.

Sorry, i need to clarify, it is only happening to 'select lists', would help if the user had clarified this to start with!

We have tested and the form prints fine in compatability mode.

So, what is causing the problem, what standards compliant behaviour is IE9 following in non-compatability mode that makes it not print select lists with the current selected option?

Nope sorry, it's behind a members only extranet.

But it seems to be that IE9 doesn't print the change in selection in drop down lists unless you put it in compatability mode.

Try it and let me know if you fair differently.
