IE7 will not launch in Outlook Express 1

I have a Dell 1150 laptop w/windows xp. I uninstalled Mozilla because it doesn't work well with Outlook Express. I installed IE7 because of the problems with Mozilla, and I didn't have those problems before when I had IE7. I can't get IE7 to launch a website from an email by clicking on the site from the email. I was wondering if I had to uninstall IE7 then reinstall it.

Try this with IE closed:
Start, Run, regsvr32 urlmon.dll, OK
