IE6 not showing background

Hello,
My IE6 (win XP) does not show any backgrounds. For example, on this site, I do not see the blue background, its white. Do i need to enable something somwehere?

please help if you can.

Try going to tools - internet options & clicking on accessibility. Clear any checkmarks. If that's not it, try going to the advanced tab & seeing if 'show pictures' is checked.
