When trying to print a webpage in IE6 (WinXP SP2), the browser just closes!!!
I found a link to Microsoft about this but it leads to nothing!!
Any ideas???
Thanks

Ok. What is supposed to happen when I run this??
Nothing has happened or changed.

Start, Run, CMD
iexplore.exe /rereg

Something should happen.
Reboot and test.

Even though that's the way it's supposed to work, most people's paths don't include the 'Internet Explorer' folder. With the command prompt still open, try:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" /rereg

I get an error message that states that the location is not available on this computer...........I tried different ways but nothing....

Start, Run, CMD
"%programfiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore" /rereg

(you must use the quotation marks)

OK. Tried that also but nothing at all happens except I get error stating path cannot be found.
Have also realized that Outlook Express aslo shuts down when trying to print an email out. Saving an email as a document doesn't fix this either. I can save the document but cannot print it out!!!!!

I contacted Sony(The OEM) but they say they have nothing in there data base that reflects this problem.

Anymore Idea short of a complete system recovery??
