IE5 content advisor password lost. Need help 1

one of my customers had the content advisor activated on their machine and all the settings cranked up. this left the browser asking for a password to access any website. does anyone now how to turn off the advisor or how to get the password?   
 
To turn off the contents advisor password<br><br>1) go into regedit.exe <br><br>2) Find the key:<br>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\POLICIES\RATINGS<br><br>3) Delete the 'Key' data item.<br><br>4) Close regedit.exe<br><br>5) Shutdown & reboot.<br><br><br>Ps. Don't let any naughty users look over your shoulder while you are doing this!
