Dear all,

I have a problem with my Joomla website.
In FireFox everything looks good but in IE I get an error at the bottom left of the browser (the yellow exclamation mark)as soon as I touch the navigation buttons at the left site of the page

Line: 2
Char: 1
Error: Syntax Error
Code: 0

The URL of my site is:
I know this indicates a Java script problem but I am a complete n00b when it comes to Java.

Would you be so kind and take a look at my site and suggest some smart things?

Thanks a lot!

Download the Web Developer extension for Firefox and then use the javascript console to view any errors - you'll locate them much easier with this method than using IE.

Thank you for your quick reply!

I will give it a shot but again, I don't know anything about (Java) script so I might come back to you if you don't mind.

OK, but post any problems in the Javascript forum rather than this forum

Found the problem Mambot. Thank you very much, you're the best!

Using IE6, I get no error messages ever. Did you fix the problem? Other than that, ca8msm is right, this is a javascript question and should be handled in forum216.
