My mate is running xp home.Once it has booted up and everything looks normal internet explorer opens up twice with out any prompting and is difficult to close them down.He run a couple of virus programms and they found Downloader.Agent.UJ but he cannot delete them.Would this virus cause the above problem and any ideas how to remove this virus would be most helpful.
