IE page is blank, show done at bottom

One of my users is having a problem quite often. They try going to a certain website and IE displays a blank page but shows done. This is not on any specific website it is very random. Sometimes the home page loads but then when they try to go somewhere else on the site, this problem occurs. I've done some research on this but nothing has helped so far. I would really appreciate any response

Ive seen the same thing quite a few times....hit F5 (refresh) a time or two and usually the webpage will show up....I dont know the cause or the solution, but the F5 is a work-around until I figure it out...

Yeah, I've also seen it on several others, and the f5 normally works. But on this one it wouldnt. I just re-installed IE6 and its working fine.
