In IE go to Tools > Internet Options > General > Setttings > Make sure you have it set to check for newer versions each visit to the page or automaticaly We are always looking for new members at our computer forums: Please come join our community too.

also so you want to make sure you are not working offline..
to check you go to file menu and if there is a check on work offline you take it off by clicking on it..
