IE error message - can't find file it is looking for.

I have a user that whenever they close down their Internet Explorer, the get the following error messages. Seems like IE is looking for a program that isn't there? Any ideas of how to disable this or remove these types of errors?

Problem –
Cannot find 'c:\winnt\program files\\common files\gmt\banner\18157.11\content22890-0.html'. Make sure the path or internet address is correct.

Another example of the files I am getting.

Cannot find 'c:\winnt\program files\\common files\gmt\banner\20813.1\content22513.0-0.html'. Make sure the path or internet address is correct.
