Just recently upgraded to IE9, I don't really use IE, I use Google Chrome, but after doing a quick search on this error message I got that this was some sort of malware infection?

Has anyone had this happen? Know of a way to remove/fix it?

I've ran malwarebytes and nothing comes up as infected.

It's malware. I don't know why malwarebytes is missing it. Is it up to date and have you tried scanning in safe mode? Do you have any other anti virus software that is always running? Also, try Spybot Search and Destroy.
