Hello all,

I have a user here with a new winxp pro computer with IE 6. She is having browser issues with 2 websites only. When you mouse over the images from (ex. bill pay, internet banking, business products etc. buttons) the images disappear and result with a missing image and red X in the left hand corner of the image square. When you click on the buttons nothing happens and the pages will not load.

There is no firewall blocking this site and all other pc's on the domain can access this website. These buttons look like Java enabled or flash?

The last time I had an issue was BOFA.com (on a different user)and I had to uninstall a flashplayer to get access.

Also will not load and that is definitely flash driven. I might have to uninstall her flashplayer.

Thank you!

I would see if theres a new version of flash available, uninstall the old one and install a new one. Save with java. Would do both that way just to be sure.

Yep uninstall and re-install flash and I am very happy. I am starting to see this issue more often from these brand new Dell's. The older pc's never seem to get a corrupt flashplayer.

Thank you electronicsfreak!
