IE 5.5 email question

Hi
-Start Outlook Express, click on "Tools | Accounts".
-Click on "Add | Mail". Enter in a display name.
-Click "Next", choose "I already have an e-mail address that I’d like to use", and enter your mail address.
-Select "my Incoming Mail Server is a" HTML Server.
-Select 'Other' as the provider.
-Enter in the server's URL. Click "Next"
-Enter Account Info, etc. Next, Finish.
-Done.
