IE 4 and ActiveX

I am getting an error that tell me I can't display the current page due to security settings in what I believe to be IE. The page provides unsafe information for an ActiveX control. If this didn't have to do with the guy who signs my paychecks I wouldn't consider it to be a big problem. Give the user the old
 
It does sounds like your security settings in IE. If so set, your browser will warn you that there is an Active-X control in that web page that is either maliscious or is un-signed, and therefor it may not be from a trustworthy source. Bear in mind that it is not safe to allow unknown Active-X controls to be installed on your system.
 
Understood. With everything else on the plate an ActiveX issue is the last of my concern for 1 machine. I have tried to disable all ActiveX controls in IE and still get the same message. Any suggestions?
