IE 4/5 homepage reset

One of our clients has visited a porn site and his homepage has been set to this. It is changed back again and all seems well until IE starts again and it has reset itself back to the porn site. It is win95 so there is no msconfig to check and have checked the registry but cannot find anything.

HELP!
