IDU garbage characters 2

Hello all-
Never seen this before- if I try and IDU ( LD 32 or LD 11 ) any digital phones on an Opt.61 2911 rls 25 iss 15+ pswv 33 I get garbage characters in all the fields. 2008's, 3902's, 3903's , all digital sets do the same. I also noticed if I print the CFN the idle set display gives garbage characters as well. Any ideas ?

Thanks for the replies - I was afraid someone would suggest a reload due to some sort of data corruption.
I think the system software is onsite - but I'll check first.

I'll let you know what happens...........

I've found this answer below.

Customer was accessing a rls 24.25 option 11 remotely from MAT and was getting garbage instead of the OVL111 IDLE message, and so the MAT could not log in. Direct access worked without any problem.
USER on the TTY was set to MTC only. After SCH was added to the config the IDLE screen was displayed correctly and MAT access was OK.
