IDMS - ADS

I don't know if there are any IDMS ADS programmers still out there but if there are, could someone decipher the message below: I'm trying to ready a area for update and it is telling me that it is waiting on LTXNLOCK and DRIVER PROG:RHDCRUSD HOLDS LTXNLOCK; if anyone has any input it would be appreciated. More info below:

I have another IDMS question: I'm trying to utilize IDMSIN01 which is to that's used to return dates, start & stop TRACE etc. Well it wont allow me to create attributes for user profile records. Does anyone know how create access is granted in OCF? Or does anyone know where extensive documentation is for utility IDMSIN01? THANKS!
